Mens Wedding Rings Go Titanium

The Virtues of Titanium
Since its random discovery by William Gregor of Britain in 1791, titanium has been used to make aircraft, sporting goods like golfing clubs, vehicle parts, watches, and men's jewellery rings. It is highly compatible with the human body, as there's no chance for allergic chemical reactions or skin discolorations. Whilst titanium rings would possibly not be as widespread as gold or platinum rings, they have many advantages . Titanium is stronger than steel and keeps its shape better than most metals used to make men's rings. It's also lighter and more comfy to wear than gold or platinum.
Scratch Proof Mens Rings
There are just about 30 different grades of titanium. They are ordered by the tensile strength of the metal. Pure titanium has the lowest tensile strength and additions like oxygen and iron increase the tensile strength. The more additions at the trace level in the titanium, the bigger the tensile strength and the harder the ensuing metal.
Wikipedia refers to titanium as the "space age metal."
You can credit titanium for men's increasing popularity to its larger scratch resistance, and its capability to have its surface's color changed thru oxidation, exotically and otherwise, adding to its harmony. Its pureness as jewellery surpasses competing dear metals like 14kt gold by 40%. With it being at the higher side of the toughness scale, it is much more likely to resist scratching and scuffing.
Titanium Ore
Allergy Free Mens Wedding Rings
Some men are not able to wear silver or gold rings, acidic skin and Nickel alloys are typically the root of allergic reactions to jewellery. And since titanium is nickel free they simply pass the EU Union nickel ban imposed in 2k. According to the standards, to be rated 'nickel free' there may be up to .05% nickel.
Skin oils and perspiration does not result in rust spots on men's titanium marriage rings or other titanium jewellery. This makes titanium the ideal metal for people that work hard at hard roles.
The titanium never rusts or tarnishes, thanks to its inert nature. The luster of the metal isn't extinguished by getting exposed to air or by contact with the skin. As well as being used for men's rings, titanium makes the ideal metal for pierced earrings or other body jewellery.

Stylish Mens Wedding Bands
Titanium is powerful, rust and taint evidence and is terribly lightweight, giving the chance to go bold in the appearance of the ring without feeling weighted down by the jewelry. For a person who wears a marriage band, the tensile strength and resistance to wear and tear make the titanium metal band a sure thing for long lasting future. The rings alter by the grade of the titanium, size of the ring, level of decorative additions to the ring, if there are inlays and using different gemstones which may include rubies, diamonds, emeralds or other dear and semi valuable stones.
Men's titanium wedding bands have a tendency to be bolder than those for ladies, but they can still be trendy without being heavy or plain. Even the plainest titanium ring can be very striking and the wearer never needs to fret about allergic reactions to the metal.
But because of the strength of the metal, it is more challenging to resize it. Therefore, if you're shopping for titanium rings, it's important to know your ring size. Typically, titanium rings cannot be resized smaller, they can only be resized larger.
I've put together a simple video with some tips for getting your ring size.
Trendy Styles
Typically the band is a straightforward circle with inscribed platting or other decorative motifs on the face of the band. Some titanium bands are designed using gemstones either in outline designs or as a showcase stone in a setting.
The fantastic thing about titanium wedding bands is extraordinarily appealing to anyone that doesn't need a very fussy band. The metal can be black or silver colored--either choice is available from top designers in the art of jewelry making. A terribly striking style features the titanium band with diamonds set in a bezel setting. Manifestly, the titanium ring has a more modern look than the conventional gold or silver men's band.
Titanium isn't so glossy as silver or gold, but it's still well-liked by men. Men's titanium wedding bands with inlays of gold or silver is a method to add detail to the basic titanium band. Since silver or gold has a higher luster than titanium it is a system of making the basic ring appear more fascinating without adding gemstones.
There are some very gorgeous designs in men's rings that feature a double band of gold or silver or maybe black inlays. The inlays can be plain or inscribed with designs. The inlays can be full circle or in geometrical designs on the top side of the ring. Any pattern may be used for the inlay, from an easy stripe, to an intricate design.

Add Your Personal Touch
Words or symbols can be engraved on a custom titanium ring which has meaning to the wearer. This may be a great present concept for a family member or a pal. Since titanium isn't a valuable metal like gold, silver, or platinum, the price of a titanium ring is lower than rings made from those materials. If only all of us could match such a marked expansion as to our quality as titanium has grown in its uses since the time of its discovery.

Titanium does look similar to platinum and is a stronger metal.
I know titanium has been around for a long time. I personally like titanium the most out of any metal, even more than tungsten, because they are lightweight rings, and don't seem to scratch easily.
Not only do they look just as good as platinum, but they are indestructible. Thanks for spreading the word!
I have a titanium watch and it holds up to everything!
